Arrived in New York

We left our house at 4:30 AM and left on the plane at 6:30. When we landed we took a taxi to the apartment in Brooklyn where we will be staying. The place was not ready yet, so we went to eat at Windsor Cafe and then to Prospect Park to wait and enjoy the park.

Once inside the apartment we looked around, unpacked some and then took a nap. After resting we took the subway into Manhattan.

We walked around Times Square.

While looking up at the skyline we decided to go see the Empire State Building. We walked though Bryant Park which had some nice architecture and activities happening in the park.

The line for the Empire State Building was not too bad. Lucien found a kid in line to talk to about Skylanders.

We really enjoyed looking on all 4 sides of the building down to the city.

On the way back to the subway we stopped for a rest at Bryant Park which we walked through on the way earlier to the Empire State Building.
